Once delivered, products cannot be returned due to the perishable nature of meat, poultry, and fish.
Please check your order at the time of delivery to ensure everything is correct.

You may request a replacement or refund if:

The product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or of poor quality.
You received the wrong item compared to what was ordered.
The issue is reported to us within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photo/video proof.
